Tarsier Studio’s cooperative horror adventure REANIMAL received its first DLC, The Prisoner, now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. The expansion introduces two new characters, The Soldier and The Prisoner, who must survive a war-ravaged cityscape and venture into a bottomless mire. Using various means of transportation, players explore previously unseen areas of the REANIMAL world and confront the truth that something more terrifying than war itself lurks there. The Prisoner spans three planned chapters and is included in the REANIMAL season pass, though it can also be purchased standalone. In a surprise reveal, DigixArt, the studio behind Road 96, confirmed it is developing a new title set in the Road 96 universe, with no further details shared.
Expeditions: Samurai, the latest entry in the history-themed RPG series, entered early access. Set in late Sengoku-period Japan around 1600, the game places the protagonist and companions in the chaos of a fierce civil war that could permanently alter Japan’s fate, with decisions made along the journey shaping their destinies. Hunting simulation Way of the Hunter 2 will launch in full on September 29, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S alongside PC; pre-orders began August 8, with the exclusive Heirloom Pack DLC offered as a bonus. Karaoke titles Let’s Sing 2027 and Let’s Sing ABBA arrive on November 3, 2026, with the ABBA edition spanning Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, and PlayStation 5 and featuring 32 legendary hits including “I Have A Dream.”
Gothic 1 Remake’s planned additions were detailed, including a photo mode for scenic mining areas, a developer mode dubbed Marvin Mode enabling monster and item spawning plus map teleportation, a MOD kit for player-created content, and new progression mechanics. The PlayStation 5 version is scheduled for a Japanese release on November 24, 2026.
