PUBG x IVE Collab Brings LOVE DIVE Theme to Rondo on November 4

KRAFTON’s PUBG STUDIOS has announced a new collaboration between PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS and K-pop girl group IVE, with the partnership drawing its inspiration from the group’s signature track “LOVE DIVE.” The crossover is scheduled to arrive on PC on November 4, with the console version following on November 12. According to the official announcement, the update will add new themed areas to the Rondo map, in-game appearances for all six IVE members, dedicated outfits and gear, emotes, and several additional pieces of content. The studio has already released a teaser trailer and a key visual poster ahead of the full launch.
At the center of the collaboration are three new regions on Rondo, designed around classic scenes and visual elements from the “LOVE DIVE” music video. PUBG STUDIOS states that these locations have been reinterpreted within the PUBG universe, so players can experience the collaboration atmosphere directly while exploring the map during matches. The studio has not yet detailed exactly where the three zones sit on Rondo, but described them as the core of the crossover content.

All six members of IVE will appear in-game as exclusive character appearances, each accompanied by themed clothing, accessories, armor pieces, and weapon skins. The collaboration also introduces dedicated emotes inspired by IVE’s music, giving players ways to express themselves with the group’s signature style. These cosmetic elements form the second major pillar of the update alongside the Rondo map changes.
To celebrate the crossover, all six IVE members will feature in a new promotional trailer premiering on November 1. The trailer revisits the group’s visual concepts and costume styles from the “LOVE DIVE” era and uses a newly arranged version that combines the original song with PUBG’s classic score. The PUBG x IVE collaboration launches on PC November 4 and on consoles November 12. For battle royale fans who follow K-pop, this crossover looks like a well-timed tie-in that leans heavily on the source material’s aesthetic rather than a simple cosmetic drop.
