Konami Press Start Reveals Silent Hill and Castlevania Release Dates

Konami has officially announced a new Press Start broadcast, scheduled for September 3 at 23:00 Beijing time. According to VG Chartz, the presentation will deliver fresh updates on three titles: Silent Hill: Townfall, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, and the newly revealed original IP Rev. NOiR. Alongside the latest news, the broadcast will feature new gameplay footage and video messages from the development teams. The announcement positions the showcase as a major fall event for the publisher, with two of the three games already holding confirmed release dates.
Silent Hill: Townfall, described as the newest mainline entry in the Silent Hill series, launches on September 24 for PC and PS5. Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, meanwhile, marks a new chapter for the long-running franchise and arrives on October 15 across PC, PS5, Switch, and Xbox Series X|S. Both release windows land within weeks of the broadcast, suggesting the presentation may serve as a final promotional push ahead of launch.

The third title, Rev. NOiR, is a brand-new original IP from Konami, first revealed during a State of Play presentation in February. No release date has been announced for the project, though it is confirmed to be coming to PS5. As the only title without a launch window, Rev. NOiR is likely to receive its share of attention during the broadcast, with any new gameplay footage expected to offer the first extended look at the project.

The September 3 presentation is set to debut new gameplay footage and developer video messages across all three titles, as reported by VG Chartz. For Silent Hill: Townfall and Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, this could mark the last major showcase before their respective September and October launches. Rev. NOiR, by comparison, remains the wild card of the lineup. With release dates locked in for two of the three games, this is shaping up to be a busy and eventful fall for Konami fans.
