Wizardry x Shigoto Neko Returns with New Merch at Tokyo Pop-Up Shops
Drecom has announced the return of its Wizardry collaboration with Shigoto Neko (Work Cat), the popular feline characters created by illustrator Kumamine. The pop-up shop, officially titled Wizardry SHOP ~Shigoto Neko’s Labyrinth Branch Office~ Overtime Edition, will run from September 17 to October 31, 2026, at three Tokyo venues: Shosen Book Tower in Akihabara, Shosen Grande in Jimbocho, and Horindo Bookstore in Takadanobaba. Advance sales of the new collaboration merchandise began today, September 7, through Drecom’s official online store DRECOM SHOP, with new Wizardry-branded goods also launching early at the event.
The collaboration was previously spotlighted through a video series that dropped Shigoto Neko into Wizardry’s tense labyrinth world, where their reckless dungeon expeditions drew wide sympathy and became a major talking point online. Following strong demand for the first shop run, the pop-up now returns as the Overtime Edition. The new lineup recreates the relatable “been there, done that” moments every adventurer knows, rendered with the cats’ signature surreal, cute charm. The previous energy stays intact while fresh items join the assortment, and the event also marks an early release window for new merchandise featuring the recognizable Wizardry logo.

Goods span apparel, stationery, and collectibles, including T-shirts in three designs at ¥6,600 (~$46) each, jacquard-woven towel handkerchief sets at ¥2,750 (~$19), pin badge sets at ¥9,900 (~$68), and die-cut sticker sets at ¥1,650 (~$11). Collectors can pick from eight acrylic stand designs at ¥1,320 (~$9) each, acrylic omamori charms and coasters at ¥880 (~$6), and trading can badges at ¥550 (~$4). The range also covers desktop mini banners, an A4 clear file, tote bags, a muffler towel, a Wizardry logo rubber keyholder, a mapping grid notebook, and a logo mug cup at ¥3,300 (~$23).

At the physical pop-up locations, shoppers receive one randomly selected character card with flavor text for every ¥2,000 (~$14) spent on eligible items, with three new cards added to the previous lineup. Online, DRECOM SHOP customers earn one shop-exclusive Big Resurrection Sticker per ¥10,000 (~$69) in purchases. Shigoto Neko derives from Kumamine’s “Telephone Cat” characters, depicted as cats working to earn their keep. Wizardry, the American computer RPG that debuted in 1981 and helped define the genre, reaches its 45th anniversary in 2026, with Drecom holding the franchise’s rights since 2020. With bonuses spread across three venues and the online store, this second collab run looks like a charming treat worth chasing for collectors this autumn.
