Rockstar Reveals GTA 6 Original Score Album by Justice

Rockstar Games announced on October 30 that 《Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score by Justice》 will launch on major music streaming platforms on December 11, 2026, alongside CD and vinyl physical editions. The album is composed by Justice, the Grammy-winning French electronic duo of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay. According to Rockstar, the release is a pure score album, entirely separate from the in-game radio stations and from a second song compilation titled 《GTA VI: The Album》.
The publisher describes the project as adaptive music written specifically for the game’s narrative and its open-world dynamic interactions. That framing sets the score apart from licensed radio tracks, positioning it as the underlying musical layer that responds as players move through the world. Rockstar’s announcement notes the album covers the complete body of score material Justice created for the game, giving listeners access to the full set of recordings rather than a curated sample.

Rockstar clarified the album’s track count after a pre-release listing on one streaming service’s New Zealand storefront showed 50 tracks. The official breakdown is 30 main tracks plus a series of digital bonus tracks included with every version. Total runtime comes to roughly three hours. The publisher explained that the pre-release listing simply counted the bonus material as well, producing what appeared to be a 50-track album.

Physical versions arrive in two formats: a double CD set and a three-LP vinyl release. The vinyl comes in a standard black triple-disc package and a limited “triple crystal clear” triple-disc edition featuring transparent records and a glossy UV-coated sleeve, produced in limited quantities for collectors. The album is released by Because Music, Ed Banger and Rockstar Games. Pre-orders for the CD and vinyl are open now, and streaming platforms have opened pre-saves, roughly six weeks before launch. For collectors, the crystal-clear pressing is likely to disappear fast — worth watching if physical media is your thing.
