FGO 11th Anniversary Famitsu Special Reveals Summer Lilith & Habetrot
Famitsu’s combined issue No. 1959, dated August 20/27, 2026 and hitting shelves on August 6, is dedicating a 49-page special feature to Fate/Grand Order (FGO) in celebration of the mobile RPG’s 11th anniversary. The cover spotlights Lilith and Habetrot, the newly unveiled 2026 summer swimsuit Servants announced during the staff talk stage at Fate/Grand Order Fes. 2026 Chaldea School Festival ~11th Anniversary~. The artwork is a collaborative illustration produced by the two Servants’ respective character designers. Print edition buyers will also receive a B5-sized special card bearing the same illustration, available only with the physical magazine while supplies last.
This year’s issue carries the customary interview with series core creators Kinoko Nasu and Takashi Takeuchi across eight pages, covering the behind-the-scenes of Part 2’s finale and where FGO is headed after reaching its ending. Yoshiaki Kanou’s interview has been expanded to six pages, two more than usual, allowing the writer who watched over Part 2 from its beginning to its end to share plenty of behind-the-scenes stories about the final chapter.

The feature revisits the main story chapters and limited-time events that launched during the game’s 11th year. The scenario writers’ memory comments, which were not included in last year’s issue, make a comeback, offering behind-the-scenes notes on each story and event. A fold-out two-sided page reveals all seven Crypters gathered together in school uniforms. Additional content includes the Part 2 Completion Commemorative Awards, a retrospective of the seven Lostbelts with setting art titled “Reunion with Parted Fantasies,” survey results, and an archive of NPC and new illustrations.
An FGO 11th anniversary limited set is available for pre-order at ebten, sold exclusively as a bundle with the magazine. It includes three acrylic panels (200mm x 140mm each) featuring newly drawn cover illustrations from the game’s 6th, 5th, and 4th anniversary Famitsu issues, priced at ¥5,720 (~$40) including tax. Shipment is scheduled for early August 2026. The showcased goods images are still in production, the set is not sold separately, shipping dates may shift if order volume is high, and quantities are limited. For collectors who missed those earlier anniversary covers, this bundle looks like a fitting way to mark FGO’s 11th year.
