Elden Ring Gag Manga Chapter 91 Released Alongside Volume 12
The gag manga series ELDEN RING: The Road to the Erdtree (ELDEN RING 黄金樹への道) has published its latest chapter, with Chapter 91 arriving on October 4, 2026. Written and drawn by Nikiichi Tobita, the series offers its own comedic interpretation of the world of FromSoftware’s action RPG ELDEN RING. The new chapter is delivered through the free web seinen magazine COMIC Hu. As with earlier installments, the release is being made available in multiple languages, letting readers follow Aseo’s journey at roughly the same time around the world.
Alongside the Japanese release, Chapter 91 is being offered in English, Traditional Chinese, and several other languages as either a simultaneous or near-simultaneous launch. This approach lets audiences worldwide enjoy the story almost at the same time, though the publishers note that timing may vary slightly depending on each language’s circumstances. The manga runs in COMIC Hu, a free web seinen magazine that launched in 2019 and is built around the concept of a “Wonderland” packed with striking and charismatic male characters. Overseas publishing partners include Yen Press for the English edition, Taiwan Kadokawa for Traditional Chinese, KADOKAWA AMARIN, PANINI, and NORMA Editorial.

In the new storyline, Aseo and Hyetta press deeper into the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds after their earlier encounter with the Dung Eater. Although the underground area forms a complex labyrinth, Hyetta navigates it without getting lost at all, which leads Aseo to sense something suspicious about her. Upon finally reaching the bottom of the Shunning-Grounds, the pair once again come face to face with a certain figure. The manga follows Aseo, a penniless Tarnished who was cast into Limgrave and has lost his earlier memories before meeting the mysterious maiden Melina, whose guidance sets him on the path toward the Erdtree.

The twelfth collected volume of the manga is also currently on sale, covering Aseo’s journey from the Royal Capital to the moments just before the Erdtree. Readers who want to experience the full adventure are encouraged to pick up the volumes. New chapters are scheduled to update on the 4th and 19th of each month in COMIC Hu. For fans of ELDEN RING looking for a lighter, comedic take on the Lands Between, this long-running gag manga remains an easy recommendation worth keeping an eye on.
