BLUE REFLECTION Quartet Collection Brings All Four Series Titles Together
Koei Tecmo Games released BLUE REFLECTION Quartet: 少女たちのキセキ (BLUE REFLECTION Quartet: Shoujotachi no Kiseki) on July 30, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC platforms. This compilation brings together all four entries from the series — BLUE REFLECTION: Maboroshi ni Mau Shoujo no Ken, BLUE REFLECTION TIE/帝, BLUE REFLECTION SUN/燦, and the anime-originated BLUE REFLECTION RAY/澪 — into a single package. Illustrator Mel Kishida, who served as character designer and series supervisor, contributed the character artwork featured across all four titles. The Quartet edition introduces enhanced visual resolution for modern hardware alongside quality-of-life improvements to the gameplay experience across the entire collection.
Each title in the collection receives higher resolution visuals adapted for current-generation consoles. Quality-of-life additions include auto-save functionality and a battle speed-up option for smoother gameplay. A new feature called REFERENCE serves as an internal database containing a timeline flowchart that organizes story events chronologically, along with character relationship charts and an art gallery showcasing Kishida’s illustrations. One noted limitation is that the REFERENCE database cannot be accessed during gameplay within individual titles — players must return to the Quartet main menu to view it. The collection also includes a new opening movie and an original song titled Ephemeral Youth composed specifically for this release.

BLUE REFLECTION RAY/澪, originally an anime series, has been reconstructed into an interactive game experience. Players control protagonists Hirahara Hiori and Hanaru Ruka through a narrative where the characters suffer memory loss, with players collecting fragments to uncover past episodes. New voice recordings were produced specifically for the game sections. Meanwhile, BLUE REFLECTION SUN/燦, whose mobile app service has ended, is presented in a digest format that prioritizes story progression over the original stage-clearing structure. While the outings system was omitted, the collection adds new voiced individual character scenarios and simplifies progression to leveling through battles only, with a battle system based on TIE/帝.

BLUE REFLECTION TIE/帝, originally the second mainline game, receives a graphical upgrade that further enhances its refined lighting, water effects, and character animations compared to the predecessor. Its expanded school customization and date events, along with a revamped real-time battle system combining speed and strategy, benefit from the improved resolution. The collection offers a convenient entry point for newcomers while providing context for the series’ interconnected timeline, particularly the relationship between SUN and TIE. This compilation successfully resolves the challenge of accessing the complete BLUE REFLECTION narrative, making the full scope of Kishida’s vision available in one cohesive package for both longtime followers and new players alike.
