Anno 117 x Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Crossover DLC Dated for September
Ubisoft has announced a surprise crossover between its strategy-building title Anno 117: Pax Romana and the Assassin’s Creed franchise. A new cosmetic DLC called Echoes of Kassandra is scheduled to launch on September 17, bringing classic ancient Greek elements into the Roman Empire setting. The collaboration marks an unexpected meeting of two very different Ubisoft universes, allowing players to infuse their Roman cities with Hellenic flavor. The announcement details a full package of themed content spanning portraits, buildings, ships, and decorations, all drawn from the world of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
As part of the DLC, players can use Kassandra or members of the Order of the Ancients as character portraits. A newly added Hall of Echoes building lets players activate and listen to classic music tracks from Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. This feature brings the soundtrack of the Greek-set adventure directly into the city-building experience. The inclusion of Odyssey’s iconic protagonist and score gives the crossover a strong identity that goes beyond simple cosmetic reskins.
The DLC also introduces two new decoration types: port decorations, such as a giant statue of Zeus, and mountain statues, including a colossal Athena monument. Beyond these headline pieces, Echoes of Kassandra includes additional statues, themed decorations, ships, and building skins drawn from Odyssey. According to the announcement, these items let players transform Rome into a city brimming with Greek atmosphere. The pack appears designed to give city builders plenty of visual variety across waterfronts, hillsides, and districts.
Echoes of Kassandra is set to arrive on September 17, with no pricing details included in the announcement. The DLC continues Ubisoft’s pattern of connecting its franchises through cosmetic crossovers.
