One Piece x Kairosoft Restaurant Sim Hits TGS 2026, Launches Oct 22
Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that One Piece: Ocean’s Feast Restaurant (ONE PIECE 海のごちそうレストラン) will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2026, running September 17–21 at Makuhari Messe. The game is a collaboration between the ONE PIECE anime and Kairosoft, the studio best known for pixel-art management simulations. Players step into the role of a new staff member at the Baratie 2nd Branch, running a floating restaurant in the world of ONE PIECE. The publisher has also shared details on a reservation campaign tied to the show.
On the show floor, attendees can try the game for 20 minutes, covering core elements such as dish development and restaurant interior coordination. Showgoers who present proof of reservation for the home console version along with identification will receive a “Manpuku Lunch Tote” printed with a full-bellied Luffy, Chopper, and the Straw Hat crew. The publisher noted that novelties for players who try the demo will be announced at a later date.

One Piece: Ocean’s Feast Restaurant is slated to launch on October 22, 2026, for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, with PC and mobile versions following on October 23. Download pre-orders for the Switch 2 and Switch versions are now open. A “Super Special Edition” bundles the game with a Luffy plush, acrylic stands featuring the Straw Hat crew, puffy stickers, and a menu-style sticker binder, shipped in special wrapping. The Nintendo Switch 2 physical edition adds a bonus of 100 original character stickers.

Management revolves around dishes from the anime, including “Suisui Meat BBQ” and “Sea King Penne Gorgonzola.” Adventure-gathered ingredients expand the recipe list, and players can combine and decorate dishes into original set menus, with Devil Fruit-powered special dishes teased as well. Over 200 furniture, building, and interior items can be freely arranged, including Whole Cake Island-style dessert pieces and Egghead-style futuristic furnishings, and invited characters may become regulars if they enjoy the decor. Kairosoft, founded in 1996 and known for its addictive dot-pixel sims, brings its signature formula to the Straw Hat crew — a pairing that looks like a natural fit.
