Gundam Battle Operation 2 Adds 00 Raiser and Susanoo This June
Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that two iconic mobile suits from Mobile Suit Gundam 00 will join Gundam Battle Operation 2 over the next two weeks. The 00 Raiser arrives on June 25, 2026, followed by the Susanoo on July 2, 2026. Both units will be available simultaneously on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC platforms as part of the latest content update. The announcement also includes new coin packs and a series of events leading up to the game’s eighth anniversary on the PlayStation versions.
The 00 Raiser joins as a ★4 General-type mobile suit effective on both ground and space maps with a COST rating of 700. It became available starting June 25. One week later on July 2, the Susanoo will enter the battlefield as a ★4 Raid-type mobile suit, also rated COST 700 and functional in both ground and space environments. A special promotional video showcasing the 00 Raiser in combat has been released to mark the occasion.
A guaranteed STEP UP lottery for the 00 Raiser is now running until July 2, with the seventh step guaranteeing one 00 Raiser LV1 unit plus the Pierce Reduction Armor modification part. A separate parts-guaranteed STEP UP lottery offers modification parts at steps 2 and 3. A similar STEP UP campaign for the Susanoo will begin on July 2. Additionally, two 53-coin packs named after the characters King and Mr. Bushido are available through July 23, designed to help players acquire the new units.
For PlayStation players, the 8th Anniversary Pre-Festival campaign is now underway through July 23. It includes a daily free special draw guaranteeing at least a ★3 or higher mobile suit. Login rewards distributed across multiple logins include Unicorn Gundam LV1, Banshee LV1, Phenex [NT] LV1, and the Celestial Being emblem. A reprint STEP UP lottery for the Destiny Gundam and limited-time missions are also part of the celebration lineup. With two major Gundam 00 units arriving back-to-back and substantial anniversary rewards on offer, this is a strong period for Battle Operation 2 players to jump back into the action.
