K/DA Returns? League of Legends Virtual Group Teases Comeback

K/DA, the virtual music group owned by League of Legends, may be preparing for a comeback. The group’s official social media channels have been updated for the first time in six years, with every previous post removed and replaced by fresh branding. The new visuals adopt bright pink and magenta flame effects, a strong hint that the most influential virtual act in the League universe is set to return. The update marks the account’s first activity since 2020 and has reignited speculation among fans worldwide.
The revived account marks its first activity since 2020, according to the source. Its new profile picture and banner reuse promotional artwork from the All Out era, which originally featured all four members alongside guest artist Seraphine. The updated visuals layer striking bright pink and magenta flames over that imagery. Notably, the reactivated account has wiped all of its previously published posts, a common tactic used to signal a fresh chapter ahead of an announcement.

Signs of a return had been building for months before the account update. Earlier this year, SkinSpotlights discovered a skin concept possibly named Firestarter during an update to League of Legends: Wild Rift. Around the same time, a new song was registered in the ASCAP repertory database. Reports indicate the track, titled Watch Me, features a star-studded writing team, including Riot Games lead composer Sebastien Najand, who worked on K/DA’s previous songs POP/STARS and THE BADDEST.

The Watch Me credits also reportedly include Ali Tamposi, Nija Charles, Felicia Ferraro, and Federico Vindver, writers who have contributed to tracks for BTS, Lady Gaga, and Ariana Grande. Meanwhile, leaked merchandise images such as light sticks and badge sets point to a new line called K/DA FIRESTARTER. The four original members — Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai’Sa — are all reportedly set to receive new skins. Nothing has been officially confirmed, but the evidence keeps stacking up. For longtime fans, this is one comeback worth keeping an eye on.
