Despite the strong current metrics, the data shows Forza Horizon 6 trails approximately 15% behind Forza Horizon 5’s pre-release performance during the same timeframe. Analysts note this difference is understandable given that Forza Horizon 5 launched during the peak of pandemic lockdowns when more people had time for gaming. Since Forza Horizon 5 was considered the most successful racing game launch in the past decade, being only 15% behind that benchmark actually demonstrates considerable potential for the upcoming installment.
