Elder Scrolls VI: Sentinel Revealed as GTA 6 Preload Date Confirmed

Bethesda Game Studios has finally confirmed the full title of its long-awaited fantasy RPG, while Rockstar Games has locked in preload and unlock timings for Grand Theft Auto 6. The two announcements headlined a busy news morning on November 4, 2026, which also brought fresh details on Nvidia’s DLSS 5 rollout for three more titles. Together, the updates give players a clearer picture of what November and the months ahead will look like across major platforms and PC hardware.
At the end of a video celebrating Bethesda Game Studios’ 40th anniversary, studio head Todd Howard personally unveiled the full name of the next mainline entry: The Elder Scrolls VI: Sentinel. The reveal arrived in the closing moments of the commemorative video. The subtitle is the first formal naming update for the project, which had previously been referred to simply as The Elder Scrolls VI. Howard handled the announcement himself rather than delegating it to a trailer or press release, placing the title reveal as the finale of the anniversary presentation.

Rockstar has confirmed that the digital version of Grand Theft Auto 6 will open for preloading on November 10, ahead of a November 19 launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. On PS5, the game unlocks at local midnight in each time zone, while Xbox downloads open globally at 00:00 GMT on November 10, which corresponds to 8:00 AM Beijing time. The boxed version will contain only a redemption code, arriving at retailer channels from November 12 with no physical disc included.

Nvidia has outlined its DLSS 5 deployment schedule for November, with three titles set to receive official support. Hogwarts Legacy will be the first to implement the technology, followed by War Thunder, which picks up DLSS 5 through the mid-November “Eagle Shadow” major update. Where Winds Meet (燕云十六声) will roll out support by region, going live in North America on November 23 and in all other regions on November 24. For PC players running supported hardware, this is a packed stretch of upgrades worth keeping an eye on.
